Water Treatment Plant
Operational 24/7, our water treatment plant is equipped with an advanced tertiary treatment system featuring DAF technology. With a capacity of 110 m³ per hour, the plant recycles 30% of wastewater for reuse in dyeing and washing. Additionally, to reduce water consumption, the facility’s washing departments now use E-flow technology.
Renewable Energy
We produce steam from waste heat generated by power production, allowing us to be self-sufficient in energy and reducing reliance on external energy sources. This process helps us cut energy costs and lower our overall carbon footprint.
By 2025, we aim for solar panels to account for 50% of total electricity use and to replace fossil fuel with biofuel for steam boilers to reduce GHG emissions.

Waste Managent
We convert garment waste and PET bottles into fibers, which are then spun into sustainable yarns for new products like socks, reducing waste.
Utilizing sustainable yarns, recycled polyester, cotton, organic cotton, and BCI cotton in our products, we help reduce landfill waste.
Our ZDHC Program adopts green chemistry and approved raw materials and ensures that we achieve 100% ZDHC Supplier to Zero certification.
